He has been instrumental in promoting Stock Broking wing as promoter Director of Competent Finman Pvt. Ltd. and making Competent Finman as one of the leading Stock Broking companies of this region.

Priya S. Tandon has to her credit a richly blended experience in financial and corporate Advisory Services, stock broking and Insurance Brokers. She was instrumental through her membership with LSE in starting the Stock Market operations for the group. She is presently promoter/director in other group companies also. She has been actively involved in day to day Administration of the companies and building congenial work environment and teamwork within the system. She ensures that all the processes in the company are handled smoothly.

Sanjay Tandon is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; a graduate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He started his Audit and Consultancy business in 1986. He had the vision to envisage the changes happening in the Indian business scenario and established companies in the field of stock brokerage, BPO & Call Centre, Insurance Brokerage, Commodity Brokerage besides Auditing and Consultancy, being the flagship one. He is instrumental in laying the foundation of the Competent group. He was nominated on the boards of National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC) and State Bank of Hyderabad by the Government of India.
